Amphenol PCD offers high reliability Cat 5e, Cat 6, and Cat 6a cable cable assemblies designed for fixed or portable applications in harsh environments. The cable contains 4 twisted pairs, cabled, double shielded with Kevlar™ reinforcement strands, jacketed in black UV resistant Polyurethane HFFR. Amphenol PCD cables are designed to ISO/IEC11801 requirements.
Amphenol PCD Terrapin Micro-USB Connectors offer Micro-USB technology in a rugged, IP68 sealed connector to increase durability and reliability for USB data transmission in harsh environment applications. Terrapin provides a backshell strain relive with screen termination, 2000 mating cycles, 5 keying options, and a miniature footprint <16mm Ø. The shell design also ensures blindmating of the receptacle to the plug and IP68 sealing in both mated and un-mated conditions to eliminate ingress of moisture and dust through the interface. These Micro-USB Connectors deliver highly reliable performance in severe conditions with an environmental temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, IP68 sealing 1hr @ 2m immersion, 1000hrs salt spray, vibration 10g sine, 30hrs, 5Khz. Amphenol PCD MicroCom 10Gb+ (μCom-10Gb+) Ethernet Micro Connectors are designed to meet the need for miniaturized connectors with rapid transmission speeds and high resistance to environmental extremes. Environmentally tested to MIL-DTL-38999 Series III military specifications, these miniature connectors with a 15 mm (.59˝) max. external diameter can exceed 10Gb/s per IEEE 802.3an-2006 even in the harshest environments. The rugged IP68 design features four completely insulated twisted wire pairs throughout the connector to minimize cross-talk and special patent-pending interfacial shapes to minimize perturbation. Amphenol PCD USB-A Field Plastic & Neoprene Connectors consist of rugged USB interconnect devices for demanding industrial environments. The self-closing cap protects the USB-A Field receptacle from dust and fluids when the plug or USB memory key are unmated. Mated connectors with the plug or USB memory key have an IP67 sealing level. nickel with a variety of shell sizes 11 through 48. Available in

Amphenol PCD ATEX Rugged Ethernet Connection System is the first
Ethernet connectors for applications in zone 2 and Class I Division 2
explosive environments. These rugged connectors were developed in
response to the current trend in the ATEX market toward limiting the
expensive equipment in zone 1 and installing it in zone 2, where
constraints are much less demanding. The Amphenol PCD ATEX Rugged
Ethernet Connection System is an extension of the RJ FIELD and USB FIELD
ranges, incorporating their patented and recognized RJStop® connection
system. The RJStop provides a rapid conversion of any standard Ethernet
cable into a connection with IP68 ingress protection against shocks,
dust, and fluids. The metal cases meet the mechanical resistance
criteria of EN 60079-15.
