Amphenol Industrial Max-M12 Connectors

Amphenol Industrial Max-M12 Connectors are ruggedized high-speed data connectors designed for extremely harsh environments. Max-M12 Connectors are based on IEC 61076-2-101 and SAE J 2839 standards, making it the ideal solution for a variety of ultra-rugged applications, especially those that utilize construction machinery and equipment, forestry equipment, navigation, GPS and telematics, mining machinery and equipment, agricultural machinery and equipment, and harsh environment sensors, controllers, actuators, and switches. These Amphenol Industrial connectors are rated IP 67 or above. Max-M12 devices are backward compatible with IEC 61076-2-101 (M12).

Amphenol Industrial RADLOK™ High Power Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RADLOK™ High Power Connectors utilize Amphenol's latest R4 RADSOK® technology and are designed to be compact and robust. Power interconnect products often require additional mounting hardware (washers, clamps, bolts, and nuts), making them prone to costly labor expenses for installation and routine maintenance. Paired with Amphenol's RADLOK™ PIN, the single finger operation lock feature allows end users to connect any power distribution/storage system in a quick and secure manner. Amphenol RADLOK™ devices are ideal for applications requiring a reliable, easy to install, rugged, and cost-effective solution.

Amphenol Industrial Neptune Connectors

Amphenol Industrial Neptune® Connectors meet the electrical equipment industry's need for increased amperage in a smaller package. Based on RADSOK® contact technology, NEPTUNE offers a 1/3 weight and space reduction over existing power connectors used in the market today without sacrificing electrical performance. Designed to perform in the most demanding environments, NEPTUNE offers VFD rated inserts, double lead Acme threads for easy coupling, machined contacts for longer life/mating cycles, three key designs to limit cross-mating, plugs with mechanical clamp strain relief, and machined aluminum dust caps for environmental protection. Neptune is UL approved, resistant to 60 G's and offers 30 Amp through 200 Amp options. Amphenol Industrial Neptune Connectors are ideal for oil fields, power distribution (portable and fixed), geophysical trucks and skids, and communication shelters.

Amphenol Industrial RIG-Lok Connectors

Amphenol Industrial RIG-Lok is a reverse bayonet connector featuring their patented RADSOK technology. Rig-Lok offers a higher amperage rating and lower T-rise and insertion/removal forces compared to existing rugged connectors on the market. RIG-Lok Connectors offer up to 800 Amps current, DC 2500V voltage, and 300 days of salt spray in an operating temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC. RADSOK technology gives RIG-Lok a very low milli-volt drop and minimized temperature rise when transmitting high current. Personal safety is maintained through touchproof, dead-front contact design when unmated. The plug has an 18mm RADSOK socket and the receptacle has an 18mm pin with the option of crimp, 2 hole busbar, or threaded busbar termination. The 18mm RIG-Lok Connectors are well-suited for high amperage applications such as electrical generators, fuel cells, load banks, and charging systems. RIG-Lok is used by oilfield equipment manufacturers, power generation OEMs, power distribution panel suppliers and traction motor OEMs. Rig-Lok is also ideal for use in VFD drive buildings, land drilling, traction motors and top drive power distribution because of its secure mating mechanism.

Amphenol Industrial Helios HelioLug

Amphenol Industrial Helios HelioLug is a grounding component for solar modules and racking systems that provides easy termination to the ground wire. Offered as the only UL 2703 certified PV grounding component for use with a ground wire, HelioLug can help eliminate potential code compliance issues. HelioLug is designed for use with virtually all module frames and racks with dimensions (0.09 inches (2 mm) to 0.25’ (6.35 mm) thick, is compatible with all module grounding holes (0.16" (4mm) to 0.295" (7.5mm), and accepts 4-12 AWG solid copper conductors. Compliant with all new NEC 2008 requirements, HelioLug is offered with all the certified reusable hardware needed for making rapid, secure connections to PV modules and racks.

Amphenol PT Miniature Connectors

Amphenol Industrial PT Series Connectors are miniature cylindrical connectors offering twice the number of contacts in half the size of a standard connector. These miniature bayonet connectors are available in solder contact, high performance crimp, and commercial crimp versions. Both the solder contact and high performance crimp versions meet all MIL-DTL-26482 Series 1 requirements. These connectors are proven in commercial, military and aerospace industries.

Amphenol Helios H4 Solar Connectors - EXPANSION

Amphenol Industrial Helios H4 Solar Connectors have been expanded to offer the 1st field-installable PV connectors that accept 8 gauge wire, TUV-certified to 1500V, UL approved for use up to 1000V, and meet the requirements of IEC EN 50521 Certificate #: R-72123201. Amphenol’s Helios H4 Solar Connector stamped and formed contact option features a wide back cap to accommodate bigger wire for the 1000V rating. This option is ideal for use in large scale PV installations as well as 1000V PV modules.

Amphenol Industrial Helios H4 Solar Connectors offer cost-effective solutions for all segments of the solar electric system while featuring a 52A rating, which is currently the highest current rating in the industry. The Helios H4 provides efficient, low loss power transfer through precision machined contacts utilizing RADSOK® technology. The H4 connectors offer high reliability for both thin film and crystalline silicon technologies. The H4 Solar Connectors feature a quick and easy, safe NEC 2008 compliant locking system with secure snap lock mating, making the H4 the most advanced solar connector available. Amphenol Industrial ePower Energy Storage Connectors are now available with 200-300A per contact. These ePower connectors are designed for electrification programs in hybrid vehicles and drive systems that require compact connectors operating at high voltage and high amperage levels. The lightweight ePower Energy Storage Connectors feature Amphenol's patented RADSOK® technology for higher amperage, reduced T-rise, lower contact resistance, and easier mating. One ePower connector can replace three conventional connectors, eliminating the need to run wires through cable glands in traditional 3-phase motor assemblies to offer a 40% smaller footprint. Available in two- and three-pin power configurations ranging from 100 amps through 500 amps per contact, the ePower Energy Storage Connectors can accommodate two small gauge signal contacts for HVIL (high voltage interlock loop). The PowerBlok is designed to bring up to 70amps to the board, utilizing the custom 3.0mm RADSOK design.
