Amphenol Industrial Helios H4 Solar Connectors
The Amphenol Industrial Helios H4 Solar Connectors offer cost effective solutions for all segments of the solar electric system while featuring the highest current rating in the industry - 40 Amps. The Helios H4 provides efficient, low loss power transfer through precision machined contacts utilizing RADSOK® technology. The H4 connectors offer high reliability for both thin film and crystalline silicon technologies. The H4 Solar Connectors feature a quick and easy, safe NEC 2008 compliant locking system with secure snap lock mating, making the H4 the most advanced solar connector available. The Helios H4 meets NEC 2008 standards "as is", with no additional components needed. With a 25-year UV and ozone resistance, the Amphenol H4 Solar Connectors meet waterproof IP67 standards and withstand hydrolysis, oil, chemicals, abrasion, corrosion, and temperature extremes. Amphenol Industrial offers the KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors as a line of high pressure connectors ideal for Oil and Gas Drilling applications. Fully compatible with Kintec and GE Tensor layouts, the KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors provide a high pressure, sealed connection designed to meet the rising demand for more rugged connectors in the downhole industry. The new KTK downhole connector product line uses machined glass-filled epoxy. For longer life and prolonged mating cycles, each connector offers bi-directional 20,000 psi, gold contacts, a Vitron O-ring and solder pot connections. The KTK Connectors are ideal for use in MWD (measurement while drilling) systems, LWD (logging while drilling) tools and downhole batteries. Amphenol Industrial designed the ePower Energy Storage Connectors for
electrification programs in hybrid vehicles and drive systems that
require compact connectors operating at high voltage and high amperage
levels. The lightweight ePower Energy Storage Connectors feature Amphenol's patented RADSOK® technology for higher amperage, reduced T-rise, lower contact resistance, and easier mating. With a 40% smaller footprint than three EMI shielding
cable glands and available in two- and three-pin power configurations
ranging from 100 amps through 500 amps per contact, the ePower Energy Storage Connectors can accommodate two small gauge signal contacts for HVIL (high voltage interlock loop). Operating at 800-volts DC to 1,000-volts DC, the Amphenol Industrial ePower Energy Storage Connectors
can be used in a variety of applications including power converters,
hybrid electric vehicles, heavy equipment electrification, two-and
three-phase motors and starter generators.
