Amphenol Connex Low PIM Adapters
Amphenol Connex Low PIM Adapters (Low Passive Intermodulation
Adapters) are designed for wireless applications requiring consistent
electrical performance, low return loss and low IMD. These
precision-machined coaxial adapters are constructed with brass bodies
and contacts. Low PIM Adapters are plated with a tri-alloy plating known
as white bronze or Nexcote™, and offer the same low PIM performance as
silver without tarnishing. Contacts are either silver plated or white
bronze. Between series and in-series low PIM RF adapters are available
with Type N, 7/16 DIN and SMA connector interfaces.

Amphenol Connex BNC
product line features miniature, quick connect/disconnect
RF connectors
to accommodate a large variety of industry-standard cables, including
standard 75 Ohm broadcast video cables offered by leading manufacturers.
Featuring an innovative bayonet coupling system,
the BNC
Series
ensures positive locking and enables quick, easy mating and un-mating
of connectors. The female connector features two bayonet lugs, and
secure locking is achieved with a quick quarter turn of the coupling
nut. Designed to meet
SMPTE
return loss requirements, these 75 Ohm connectors
are constructed using durable PTFE insulators.
Capable of supporting data transfer rates of 3 Gb/s or higher in high
performance broadcast video applications, Amphenol Connex BNC Connectors
are ideally suited for cable termination of miniature and subminiature
coaxial cables in video routing and distribution, content management, storage, and instrumentation and test applications.

Amphenol Connex QMA Between Series Adapters
Amphenol Connex QMA Between Series Adapters feature an innovative
snap-on coupling mechanism, allowing the adapters to be installed into a
system 10 times faster than an SMA connector. Because there is no
requirement for wrench clearance, the pitch between connector is
reduced. After the QMA adapters are mated, they can be rotated 360
degrees to improve the flexibility of installations. Designed with the
same internal construction as the SMA Series, QMA Between Series
Adapters provide low loss RF performance up to 6 GHz. The high power
handling capability make the QMA adapters well-suited for base station
equipment, cable assemblies, and amplifiers.
Amphenol Connex Between Series Adapters
Designed for high performance video applications, Amphenol Connex
In-series Adapters feature low return loss for fast 3 Gb/s data transfer
rates. These adapters are available in a variety of configurations, and
are often used to change the gender of 75 ohm
BNC
and
1.0/2.3 DIN connectors.
Amphenol Connex RF Fixed Length Cable Assemblies
Amphenol Connex RF Fixed Length Cable Assemblies offer miniature RF connectors with bayonet coupling mechanism which provides quick connect and disconnect. The cable assemblies feature
impedance of 50 Ω and 75 Ω to allow customers to match impedance to
system requirements and connectors are intermateable to ensure
non-destructive mating. Three grades of connectors are available for
military, industrial and commercial application.
Amphenol Connex 1.0 / 2.3 DIN Connectors
Amphenol Connex offers a comprehensive line of 75 Ohm 1.0 /2.3 DIN Connectors specifically designed for high-performance 3Gb/s HD/SDI video applications. With a smaller footprint, 1.0 /2.3 DIN Connectors support up to four times as many signals in an area than standard BNC connectors. These connectors feature an innovative push-pull coupling mechanism that allows quick and easy mating. Constructed using precision-machined, nickel-plated brass body, while the inner/outer contacts feature gold-over-nickel plating, the 1.0 /2.3 DIN Connectors comply with DIN 41626, DIN 47297, INFC 93569, INFC 93571 and CECC 22230 requirements. The 75 Ohm 1.0 /2.3 DIN Connectors operate to 3+ GHz and meet the SMPTE return-loss requirements. Ideal for high density applications where space is limited, Amphenol Connex 1.0 /2.3 DIN Connectors are well-suited for high-definition video routers, audio/video switching devices, digital video recorders and playback systems, and mobile video units.
