Featuring an innovative bayonet coupling system, the BNC Series ensures positive locking and enables quick, easy mating and un-mating of connectors. The female connector features two bayonet lugs, and secure locking is achieved with a quick quarter turn of the coupling nut. Designed to meet SMPTE return loss requirements, these 75 Ohm connectors are constructed using durable PTFE insulators and are capable of supporting data transfer rates of 3 Gb/s or higher in high performance broadcast video applications.
