Tyco QSFP Pluggable I/O Interface
Tyco Electronics' Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable (QSFP) high-speed I/O interface offers four channels, providing three times the density of SFP/SFP+ ports. QSFP cages and connectors are designed for data rates up to 10Gb/s, supporting Fibre Channel, Ethernet, SDH/SONET and INFINIBAND standards. The cage/connectors system will accept optical or copper interfaces. Applications include enterprise storage, high-speed I/O, and multiple channel interconnects, as well as switches, routers, and host bus adapters (HBAs).
Tyco EVERCLEAR Connectors
Tyco Electronics' EVERCLEAR mini, multi-lane, high-speed connectors are for internal and external solutions, including receptacles and cable assemblies. The connectors are available in 26 and 36 position receptacles and feature high density 0.8mm contact spacing. Tested at data rates beyond 10Gb/s, the connectors have an SMT PCB attachment for high speed signaling and available keying options. Applications include high speed I/O, multiple channel interconnects, fibre channel and InfiniBand switches, as well as internal and external SAS and SATA.
