Vishay Dale LTW Laboratory Sample Kits contain high stability TNPW0402 and TNPW0603 thin film resistors that are AEC-Q200 qualified. The resistors included in the LTW laboratory sample kits from Vishay have resistance ranges from 51.1Ω to 100kΩ (LTW0402 kit) and 10Ω to 332kΩ (LTW0603 kit) and ±0.1% tolerance. The LTW0402 kit offers 80 resistance values with 40 resistors per value for a total of 3,200 resistors. The LTW0603 kit offers 110 resistance values with 20 resistors per value for a total of 2,200 resistors.
Vishay Dale PATT Series High Temperature Thin Film Resistors, available in case
sizes 0603 and 0805, are AEC-Q200 qualified precision automotive
resistors that can operate up to 250ºC (155ºC at full rated power). The
PATT Series Thin Film Resistors from Vishay have resistance range from
2.75Ω to 301kΩ and can be laser trimmed to
any value. This series also offers moisture protection, very low noise
and voltage coefficient, and load life stability of 0.2%.
Vishay / Dale IHCL4040DZ Series Inductors are viable at high
temperature(up to 155 °C), and feature a shielded construction, frequency
range up to 5.0 MHz, and the lowest DCR/μH in this package size. The
IHCL4040DZ Serie handles high transient current spikes without
saturation. It has ultra low buzz noise, due to composite construction,
is 100 % lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant. Coupling for this series is
> 90 % (optimized for SEPIC converters).
Vishay / Dale WSL1020 Power Metal Strip Resistors feature a wide side terminal construction that yields a high 2 W power rating in the compact 1020 case size. The WSL1020 Power Metal Strip Resistors combine its high power-to-footprint-size ratio with extremely low resistance values down to 0.003 Ω and stable resistance tolerances to 0.5 %. The advanced construction of the WSL1020 Power Metal Strip Resistors incorporate a solid metal nickel-chrome alloy resistive element with low TCR (< 20 PPM/ºC). Vishay/Dale TFPTL Series Radial-Leaded PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors
feature radial-leaded, positive temperature coefficient (PTC)
thermistors with nickel thin film elements and two tinned copper clad
steel wire leads. TFPTL Series Radial-Leaded PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear
Thermistors offer positive temperature coefficients of + 4110 ppm/K,
fast response time of less than 2 s, and high stability over a wide
temperature range from -55ºC to + 150ºC. The series consists of a wide
variety of standard resistance values at + 25ºC (R25) from 100 ohms to 5
kilohms, and tolerances of 1 % and 5 %. The devices are available in
two sizes with lead pitches of 2.5mm and 5.0mm, compliant to RoHS
Directive 2011/65/EU in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC, and epoxy-coated
per UL 94 V-0. With their excellent long-term stability (typical less
than 0.1 % drift) and high-temperature performance, TFPTL series devices
can be used for temperature measurement, sensing, compensation and
control in industrial and consumer applications. In addition, TFPTL
thermistors can replace silicon-based temperature sensors. TFPTL Series
Radial-Leaded PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors are typically used
in heating/cooling systems, motor drives, fan controls, power supplies,
and consumer goods.
Vishay's Dale NOMCA Molded Dual-In-Line Thin Film Resistor Networks offer improved ESD and moisture protection, are AEC-Q200-qualified, dual-in-line thin film resistor networks that are constructed with self-passivating tantalum nitride resistor film on a high-purity Alumina or ceramic substrate. Per AEC-Q200, the devices are rated for ESD to 1 kV at < 10 kΩ and 2 kV at > 10 kΩ. Featuring a rugged, molded 50 mil pitch construction, the resistor networks offer 7 or 8 isolated resistors of equal value in compact, narrow (0.150 in) 14- or 16-pin SOIC packages, in accordance with JEDEC MS-012 variations AB and AC.
