Tektronix introduces the new Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes MSO3000 which feature bandwidths of 100MHz, 300MHz, or 500MHz, two or four analog channels, and 16 digital channels. A comprehensive oscilloscope that speeds every stage of debugging, the Tektronix Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes MSO3000 family includes Wave Inspector navigation and search, parallel and serial triggering and decode, a long record length of 5M points per channel, >50,000 waveforms per second waveform acquisition rate, and large, wide 9in format display. With the Tektronix MSO3000, your every connectivity need is met via two USB 2.0 host ports, a USB 2.0 device port, and integrated 10/100 Ethernet Port.
Tektronix Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes Series: MSO2000, DPO2000
The Tektronix Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope delivers the performance and tools you need to visualize your signals and find answers quickly. It provides bandwidth from 100-200MHz, two to four channels, 1M points of usable record length, 5,000 wfm's waveform capture rate, and a 7-inch display. The DPO2000 Oscilloscope series features a serial trigger and decode analysis options, a variable low-pass filter that also allows you to see signal details to the full bandwidth. The MSO2000 Oscilloscope series adds 16 integrated digital channels, enabling you to visualize and time correlate analog and digital signals on a single instrument. This integration extends triggering functionality across all 20 channels - which is ideal for debugging mixed signals.

Tektronix Arbitrary / Function Generator Series AFG3000
The Tektronix AFG3000 series Arbitrary / Function Generator represents a breakthrough in signal source technology. The large display and intuitive user interface makes this product easy to learn and use. The AFG3000 Arbitrary / Function Generator generates frequencies up to 240 MHz and sampling rates up to 2 GS/s, as well as front panel memory USB connectivity for saving and transferring waveforms and settings. Tektronix offers dual channel models that allow a completely independent selection of waveforms and frequencies.
Tektronix Digital Storage Oscilloscopes Series: TDS1000B-2000B
The Tektronix Digital Storage Oscilloscopes series: TDS1000B (mono) and TDS2000B
(color) combine performance with ease-of-use at an affordable price.
Devices range from 40MHz to 200 MHz bandwidth and up to 2GS/s maximum
sample rate. Available in two or four channels, the TDS1000B and TDS2000B feature a USB port to remove data, to connect to a PC with included OpenChoice® and NI SignalExpress®
PC software, and access to compatible printers. FFT and 11 automatic
measurements are standard, as well as multiple language user interface
