Swissbit DRAM memory modules are industry standard 200/204-pin 8-byte DDR2/DDR3 SDRAM small outline dual-in-line modules which are organized as x64 high speed CMOS memory arrays. The module uses internally configured octal-bank SDRAM devices. The DDR3 module uses double data rate architecture to achieve high-speed operation. These memory modules operate from a differential clock (CK and CK#). READ and WRITE accesses to the SDRAM modules are burst-oriented; accesses start at a selected location and continue for a programmed number of locations in a programmed sequence. The burst length is either four or eight locations. An auto precharge function can be enabled to provide a self-timed row precharge that is initiated at the end of a burst access. Swissbit DRAM memory modules have a multibank architecture which allows a concurrent operation that is providing a high effective bandwidth. Swissbit uses internally developed application software to test 100% of all modules under real world conditions with diverse pattern and stress methods and to cover the complete memory array including ECC components by constantly adapting to the latest memory controller features. For industrial temperature grade modules the application tests are performed at -40°C and 85°C T AMBIENT.

Swissbit's x-200s Industrial slimSATA Solid State Drives (SSD) are small form factor 54mm x 39mm x 4mm non-volatile memory drives which provide high capacity data storage. They have a standard combined connector with SATA and power/control part. The connector is in the plane of the connector as specified in the JEDEC MO-297 specification. The card works at a supply voltage of 5V with an optional 3.3V available. The drive with the SATA interface operates in Mode 2.0 (1.5 or 3.0 Gb/s burst). The drive has an internal intelligent controller which manages interface protocols, data storage and retrieval as well as hardware BCH-code Error Correction Code (ECC), defect handling, diagnostics and clock control. The wear leveling mechanism assures an equal usage of the Flash memory cells to extend the life time. The hardware BCH-code ECC allows to detect and correct 8 random bits per 528 Bytes. The drive has a voltage detector and a powerful power-loss management feature to prevent data corruption after power-down.

Swissbit's Industrial CompactFlash™ Cards are small form factor, non-volatile memory cards which provide high capacity data storage. They are designed to capture, retain, and transport data, audio, and images, facilitating the transfer of all types of digital information between a large variety of digital systems. These cards operate in three basic modes: PC card ATA I/O mode, PC card ATA memory mode, and True IDE mode. The CompactFlash also supports Advanced Timing modes. Advanced Timing modes are ATA I/O modes that are 100ns or faster, and ATA Memory modes that are 100ns or 80ns. These CompactFlash cards conform to the PCMCIA Card Specification 2.1 when operating in the ATA I/O mode, and in the ATA Memory mode (Personal Computer Memory Card International Association standard, JEIDA in Japan), and to the ATA specification when operating in True IDE Mode.
