ROHM Hall Effect ICs

ROHM's smallest Hall Effect ICs offer the industry's smallest chip-scale BGA package, measuring 1.1 mm square with a 0.5 mm package height. The ICs feature the industry's lowest average current of 3.5µA and fully-integrated CMOS logic output circuitry. Integrated dynamic offset cancellation provides high sensitivity, allowing for less precise placement of the permanent magnet. The product is rated at 8kV ESD withstand and rated for -40º C to 85º C operation. The ICs are ideal for portable consumer electronics applications.
