RFM XDM2140 2.4 GHz Mesh RF Transceiver Modules
RFM´s XDM2140 ultra low power mesh RF transceiver module provides excellent communications reliability and long battery life in a wide range of sensor network applications. These 2.4 GHz RFM devices are based on the DUST Networks´ SmartMesh-XD™ technology and combine an IEEE802.15.4 transceiver and Time Synchronized Mesh Protocol (TSMP) to provide reliable self-organizing and self-healing mesh networking along with synchronized power duty cycling. The XDM2140 is flexible for use in a wide variety of applications from energy management to building control to machine health monitoring. The XDM 2140 RF module reduces development time and cost by requiring no embedded programming.
RFM TRC104 2.4 GHz RFIC Transceivers
RFM´s TRC104 is a single chip, multi-channel, low power RF transceiver. This 2.4 GHz RFIC transceiver minimizes external component count and simplifies design-in by integrating all critical RF and base-band functions. Using these RFM devices only an MCU, a crystal, and several passive components are needed to create a complete, robust radio function. The TRC104 includes a set of low-power states to reduce overall current consumption and extend battery life and is ideal for a variety of short-range radio applications.
RFM SAW-based Short-range Radios
RFM´s SAW-based Short-range Radios are based on RFM’s ultra-low power and
proprietary Amplifier-Sequenced Hybrid (ASH) radio architecture.
Features integrated RF IC with quartz SAW filtering and frequency
control components in a single hybrid; high rates for data, control,
and digitized voice transmissions; stable and sensitive receiver
technology with excellent "channel capture" performance.
