Vishay Siliconix’s Si8802 TrenchFet® Power MOSFET is the first n-channel device to offer on-resistance ratings down to 1.2V in the smallest 0.8mm x 0.8mm chipscale package, Vishay’s MICRO FOOT®. The 8V n-channel Si8802 occupies up to 36% less board space than the next smallest chipscale devices, yet offers comparable – and even lower – on resistance.

For designs requiring p-channel devices, Vishay’s Si8805 is the industry’s first p-channel power MOSFET in the 0.8mm x 0.8 mm chipscale package. Additionally, the p-channel Si8805 is available for pre-order at Mouser.

The Si8802 and Si8805 can be used for load switching in handheld devices including smart phones, tablets, portable media players, and mobile computing devices.
