AVX HLC Series Multilayer Organic High Current Inductors allow for much higher current handling over similar multilayer ceramic chip inductors, a 50% average increase in current handling over comparable thin film products with similar Q, and current handling approaching that of wire wound ceramic chip inductors with very low loss organic materials, which allow for high Q and high stability over frequency. AVX HLQ Series Multilayer Organic Hi-Q Inductors incorporate very low loss organic materials and low profile copper which allow for high Q and high stability over frequency, and are based on AVX’s patented multilayer organic technology. Both HLC and HLQ Series Inductors are surface mountable and are expansion matched to FR4 printed wiring boards. HLC and HLQ Series Inductors utilize fine line high-density interconnect technology thereby allowing for tight tolerance control and high-repeatability.
