) devices designed to meet today's requirements for 2.5 V / 3.3 V LVPECL clock generation applications.
ON Semiconductor NBVSBAXXX voltage-controlled crystal oscillators
(
VCXO
) use a high Q fundamental mode crystal and Phase Locked Loop (PLL) multiplier to provide a wide range of frequencies from 60MHz to 700MHz (factory configurable per user specifications) with a pullable range of ±100ppm and a frequency stability of ±50ppm. The
NBXSBX024 single frequency, crystal oscillator
uses a high Q fundamental crystal and Phase Lock Loop (PLL) multiplier to provide 622.08 MHz, ultra low jitter and phase noise LVPECL differential output. The
NBXSBA025 single-channel XO
provides 425.00MHz. The
ON Semiconductor NB3N65027 LVCMOS PLL−synthesized clock generator
accepts a 10MHz to 27MHz clock or fundamental mode crystal as the reference source and drives three independent, low noise phase−locked loops (PLLs).
