Molex 2.4GHz SMD On-Ground Antenna
Molex developed the 2.4 GHz SMD On-Ground Antenna as the smallest on-ground MID (Molded Interconnect Device) antenna in the market using the power and precision of Laser Direct Structuring (LDS) technology. Measuring only 3.00mm by 3.00mm by 4.00mm (0.118" by 0.118" by 0.157") and mated on one side of the PCB, the Molex 2.4 GHz SMD On-Ground Antenna enables designers to realize significant PCB real estate savings by leaving the ground layers in the PCB intact while freeing up space on the reverse side for other component assemblies. Featuring an omni-directional radiation pattern, this monopole antenna requires simple stripline matching on the PCB without the need for discrete components. Fully compatible with SMD and reflow processes, the Molex 2.4 GHz SMD On-Ground Antenna can be used as a stand-alone device without the need for cable connection. In addition to offering excellent thermal properties, the LCP body of the antenna provides a higher mechanical strain tolerance than ceramic antennas. Weighing 0.03g, the 2.4 GHz SMD On-Ground Antenna is ideally suited for portable electronic devices based on Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi® ZIGBEE® and other wireless standards such as tablet PCs, headsets, smart meters, and more.

Molex LED Array Holders & Heat Sink for Citizen/Illumitex/Bridgelux LEDs include the 180190-0000 and 180190-0001 for Citizen LEDs, 180250 for Illumitex LEDs, 180180 for Bridgelux LEDs, and the 180289 heat sink for LED array holders. The Molex 180190-0000 (without lens cover) and 180190-0001 (with lens cover) LED Array Holders are designed for use with the Citizen CL-L340 LEDs and have gold (Au) plating. The Molex 180250 LED Array Holder is made for Illumitex Aduro™ and Surexi™ AD44 LEDs, comes with a cover, and also has gold (Au) plating. The Molex 180180 LED Array Holder is designed for Bridgelux RS LEDs and does not come with a lens cover. The Molex 180289 LED Array Holder Heat Sink is pre-drilled and has a black anodized finish.
Molex Category 2 Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable Assemblies
Molex designed the Category 2 Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable Assemblies with Ethernet Channel and Audio Return Channel to enable bi-directional, high-speed, high-bandwidth, high-audio throughput communication between HDMI-enabled home theater and consumer electronics devices, meeting HDMI 1.4 specifications. The Molex Category 2 Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable Assemblies eliminate the need for separate Ethernet and audio upstream processing and playback cable by combining video, audio and data streams into a single HDMI cable. Molex LED Array Holder for Bridgelux ES
Molex LED Array Holder for Bridgelux ES is an electrical connector and mechanical holder which simplifies installation of the Bridgelux ES Array without solder connections. Molex LED Array Holder for Bridgelux ES makes the LED installation process easier and simpler by eliminating the need for hand or SMT soldering and expensive SMT equipment. The holders allow quick installation of LED arrays into fixtures, enable field replacements, and facilitate upgrades to current applications. The holder is available with or without a clear cover to protect the LED array.
Molex iPass+CXP-EF Integrated Connectors - EXPANSION
Molex has expanded the iPass+™ HSC CXP Interconnect System with an enhanced-footprint version. The enhanced-footprint version features a high-density, 10-channel connector, conforming to IEEE 802.3ba requirements for the 10-channel 100 Gigabit Ethernet interface.
The standard Molex iPass+™ HSC CXP Interconnect System leverages high-speed wafer technology and compliant pin tails to provide a higher density, 12-channel connector system capable of achieving Quad Data Rates (QDR) of 10 Gbps. The Molex iPass+ Copper Cable Assemblies are designed to accommodate single, ganged, or stacked connector configurations in extremely high-density applications. The dual paddle-card design is cost effective and each cable port is capable of up to 120 Gbps.

Molex CMC Hybrid Automotive Connectors - EXPANSION
Molex has expanded the CMC Hybrid Connector family to support low, medium, and high current applications from 2.5A up to 21.0A.
Molex developed the CMC Hybrid Connectors as a line of
sealed, high-density connectors for the transportation industry.
Features include a compact design, pitch size of 2.54mm, matte seal
technology, and mechanical polarization. Designed for high-conductivity
applications in harsh environments, the CMC Hybrid Connectors
support low, medium, and high current applications from 2.5A up to
12.0A and are capable of performing in sealed applications requiring
IPx9K rating and 500mbar watertightness. The Molex CMC Hybrid Connectors
are ideally suited for heavy-duty, powertrain, and body-electronics
applications in the transportation industry such as engine-control units
(ECU's), compartment applications, gear boxes, electronic park brakes,
suspension controllers, as well as body-electronics applications in
automotive and commercial vehicles. The standard version of the Molex CMC Hybrid Connectors are available in terminal sizes CP

Molex SlimStack™ SMT High Mating Retention Board-to-Board Connectors - EXPANSION
Molex developed the latest version of the low-profile 0.70mm (0.28") SlimStack™ SMT Board-to-Board Connectors with high-mating retention features for mobile phone manufacturers who wanted to provide high reliability for devices that may be dropped or handled roughly. The new Molex SlimStack connectors have a dual-contact terminal design to provide secure electrical contact even when subjected to high vibration or shock. In addition, the new SlimStack series includes two contact friction locks and a nail friction lock that work together to provide excellent mating retention. Other features include a wide housing area to facilitate easy pick-and-place and a common footprint pattern with the standard 503304/503308 version to offer flexibility for connector type and board placement.

With a profile height of 1.42mm (.057"), the 104031 features a simple design without eject mechanism components to provide a space savings of 25% to 40% and cost-savings as compared to push-push versions with the eject mechanism. 1000 megohms, and an operating temperature: -40 to +125°C. Requiring no
custom tooling, the MX150L™ Series connectors allows OEM

Molex VHDM® H-Series Backplane Connector System
Molex designed the VHDM® (Very High Density Metric) H-Series Backplane Connector System for applications with very high interconnect density and high-speed signal integrity requirements. The VHDM® H-Series Backplane Connector System
achieves data rates up to 6.25 Gbps on an installed base and
enables system upgrades without costly architecture redesigns. With a
mating interface and envelope identical to earlier series, the VHDM® H-Series is fully backwards compatible with existing VHDM slots. Using the Molex VHDM® H-Series Backplane Connector System,
designers can prolong the life of existing platforms, minimize
development costs, and accelerate the speed higher-performance
applications to market.
Molex 0.25mm Pitch Easy-On™ FPC Connectors
Molex designed the 503320 Series 0.25mm Pitch Easy-On™ Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) Connectors with a higher housing area to provide greater space savings and flexibility for applications with tight space restraints. The higher housing area enables components such as small resistors, capacitors, and selected connectors to be placed under the FPC; resulting in increased PCB space, greater cable retention reliability, and better protection of FPC cable pads. Molex incorporated the design concepts of its earlier series FPC connectors in the 0.25mm Pitch Easy-On FPC Connectors including extended actuator construction, actuator-to-housing friction lock, front solder tab under the housing, a spring feature on odd and even contacts to retain electrical contact as terminals flex, 0.3mm pitch cable tolerance, and full zero insertion force (ZIF) construction to enable easier handling and cable insertion. The connectors are right angle, SMT, bottom contact mounting, and are available in a choice of 25, 37, or 41 contacts. These connectors are ideal for mobile phones, portable audio players, digital cameras, portable games, car navigation, personal navigators (PND), and any application requiring maximum PCB space savings.
Molex SolarSpec™ DC Connectors for PV Panels
The SolarSpec™ DC Connectors from Molex provide a secure, sealed connection for series cabling of silicon photovoltaic (PV) panels through industry-standard pin and socket construction, easy 'snap-lock' mating, and an internal locking mechanism. The SolarSpec™ DC Connectors have Molex's exclusive
design features including molded surface ribs for a secure grip,
"touch-proof" safety construction to protect against an electrical
current whether the connectors are mated or unmated, and a contact resistance of <0.5mΩ. The rugged design of the Molex SolarSpec™ DC Connectors meets IP-67,
NEC 2008 and NFPA 70; US-code for "the safe installation of electrical
wiring and equipment" and the TÜV and UL dual-qualification for
long-life in harsh conditions. The connectors are suitable for 14, and
12 to 10 AWG cable.
Molex Flexi-Mate™ 3.70mm Pitch B2B and W2B Connectors
Molex's Flexi-Mate™ Connector System includes board-to-board connectors that 'snap lock' small panels containing LED light together, a wire-to-board option to connect the LED boards to the main power board, and a terminating connector designed to function as a type of shorting device to complete an open-loop signal. The Molex Flexi-Mate™ 3.70mm Pitch Board-to-Board and Wire-to-Board Connectors feature a low-profile design, guides to protect terminals during mating/unmating, dual contact design for secure electrical contact, shrouded contacts, and an outer-lock design for space savings and easy actuation. The Flexi-Mate™ 3.70mm Pitch Board-to-Board and Wire-to-Board Connectors have a maximum voltage of 500V, maximum current of 2.0A, and a contact resistance of 40 milliohms. With a mated height of 3.0mm, the Flexi-Mate™ 3.70mm Pitch Board-to-Board and Wire-to-Board Connector System is an ideal solution for the backlighting requirements of LED TVs and room lighting applications that continue to strive for thinner-profile designs.

Molex 98266 High Temperature Premo-Flex Cable Jumpers
The Molex 98266 High Temperature Premo-Flex Cable Jumpers are 0.50mm (.020") pitch jumpers used to connect two PC boards and terminate to either ZIF or Non-ZIF FFC connectors with an operating temperature of -40ºC to 105ºC. Available in a wide variety of lengths and circuit sizes, the Molex 98266 High Temperature Premo-Flex Cable Jumpers carry 30V and 0.5A current. The Molex 98266 series features both Type A (contacts on same side) and Type D (contacts on opposite sides).
Molex Mini-Fit Plus HCS™ Terminals
Molex's Mini-Fit Plus HCS product family includes 4.20mm Pitch Crimp Terminals featuring a patented, elongated dimple design for longer wipe lengths and increased contact area over standard Mini-Fit® terminals.
