JAE ES3 Series LED Power Supply Connector

JAE's ES3 Series LED connector is a 2-position card edge connector ideal for LED bulb and lighting devices. The ES3 Series allows a direct connection of the converter board and the LED mounting board, reducing assembly time and the cable-less connection reduces the number of parts needed for assembly. The JAE ES3 Series LED Power Supply Connector enables reflow solder mounting to the LED mounting board to occur at the same time other parts such as LED and SMT components are mounted. The low-profile 1.6mm mounting height is designed for light shielding with the insulator being made of white LCP for light and heat resistance. The JAE ES3 LED Power Supply Connector is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor LED lighting devices.

JAE HD High Speed Connectors

JAE HD Series connectors have been recently developed for notebook PC LCD interface applications. The HD Series 0.5mm, board-to-cable connector with high-speed transmission is compatible with LVDS transmission and LED backlight as standardized in the VESA® 16:9 Wide Notebook Panel Standard, and are licensed products for the Dai-ichi Seiko Co., Ltd. (I-PEX) CABLINE®-VS. Applications include Notebook PC and LCD panel for tablet PC.

JAE FI-X Series Connectors

JAE FI-X Series slimline connectors are designed to meet the demand for high-speed differential transmission rates in compact notebook PCs. FI-X Series Connectors offer both high-speed differential transmission and high-level impedance matching (90 to 100Ω). These connectors feature a 1.5mm connector height, 1mm above the PCB height, and 1mm contact pitch with impedance matching. JAE FI-X Series Connectors enable stable grounding to the PCB using a FPC relay, and are compatible with FPC and cable by common use of board header.

JAE ES5 Series Board to Cable Connectors are compact, low-profile connectors with a detachable locking structure. The non-insulated ES5 features a 1.6mm low profile design and a mis-matching prevention structure. The detachable locking structure ensures reliable connections with a connector retention strength of 16N minimum. Compatible with stranded cable, the 1 pin JAE ES5 Series Board to Cable Connectors are well-suited for use in LED lighting, LCD TV backlight, table PC, and other compact devices. Included in the series is the ES5 Hand Tool for use with the ES5 Board to Cable Connectors.

JAE ES3 Socket Contact and Crimp-Hand Tool- EXPANSION

JAE has expanded the ES3 Series LED Power Supply Connectors offering to include IL-Z Series Socket Contact and Crimp-Hand Tool for use with the ES3 Board to Cable Connectors. IL-Z Series Socket Contact features metallic hold-downs on both sides to improve retention to the board and a friction lock mechanism to prevent accidental removal. Crimp-Hand Tool aids in connecting and disconnecting the JAE ES3 Board to Cable Connectors.

JAE SF50 Series Micro SIM Card Connectors

JAE developed the SF50 Series Micro SIM Card Connectors to help small portable devices such as smartphones achieve slimmer sizes while incorporating new functions. JAE's SF50 Series Micro SIM Card Connectors offer the industry's lowest-in-class height of 1.2mm as a SIM Card connector with the smallest-in-class size mounting space as a pull lever type (13.6mm width, 15.6mm depth). The pull lever is constructed using a strong plastic that resists bending and heat to provide high strength and allow for reflow mounting with due considerations for user safety. The pull lever is used for card insertion/removal, and is located either on the left or the right to meet design requirements.

JAE PC2 Series USB 3.0 Type A Connectors

JAE developed the PC2 Series as a line of board-to-board connectors compatible with USB3.0 (USB Super Speed) standardized USB-IF (Universal Serial Bus-Implementers Forum) to meet the growing demand for faster data transmission rates and reduced power consumption. The PC2 Connectors provide designers with greater board design flexibility with the industry's smallest-in-class mounting area measuring 14mm in depth which is lower than the 16mm depth recommended in the standard. Featuring 4 hold downs which is twice as many as the standard recommendation, the PC2 Series USB 3.0 Type A Connectors increase board strength as well as EMI characteristics. Designed with 9 contacts, PC2 Connectors offer a AC 30Vrms voltage rating, 1.8A (power) and 0.25A (signal) current rating, and durability up to 1,500 cycles within an operating temperature range of -20⁰C to +80⁰C. The JAE PC2 Series USB 3.0 Type A Connectors are well-suited for applications such as PCs, TVs, and consumer devices such as set top boxes. JAE's PC2 Connectors are available standard and reverse mount versions.

JAE WP7 Board to Board Connectors

JAE's WP7 Series features 0.4mm pitch Board to Board Connectors with a 0.7mm stacking height that are ideal for high-density mounting in slim information communication devices such as mobile phones, LCDs, notebook PCs, and PDAs. Design features include a contact structure that ensures high wear-resistance and high contact reliability, secure hold-downs to prevent insulator breakage and peeling from FPC, and 2-point contact design to resist twisting stress. JAE offers the WP7 Series Board to Board Connectors with a high removal force for lower pin count versions and a lower insertion force for higher pin counts. The low and high pin count versions feature the same mounting pattern to meet different product function requirements.

JAE Electronics MX47 Automotive Waterproof Connectors

JAE Electronics MX47 Automotive Waterproof Connectors utilize a 3-row, 39-contact high-density array to achieve a smallest-in-class width and height for an automotive waterproof connector. JAE Electronics MX47 Automotive Waterproof Connectors feature a compact, high pin count, waterproof connector with an operating temperature of -40º C to +125º C. MX47 Automotive Waterproof Connectors are ideal for motorcycles and other harsh environment applications such as automobile and general purpose engines.

JAE Electronics MM60 Series Mini Card Compatible Connectors

The JAE Electronics MM60 Series Mini Card Compatible Connectors meet standardized specifications by the PCI-SIG. The 52-position contact MM60 Series is compatible with the PCI Express Mini Card Electromechanical spec and can be used for connecting with modules with PCI Express and USB transmission. A retention latch is available to fix the module to the connector and features mechanisms on both sides for module ejection. Two types of module mounting heights are available, the stand-off type allows components of under 1.8mm height to be placed below the module. The JAE Electronics MM60 Series Mini Card Compatible Connectors are compatible with automatic mounting.

JAE MJ06 Hard Metric Connectors

JAE MJ06 Series Hard Metric Connectors are high-speed signal connectors optimized for differential transmission. Superior high-speed transmission performance is achieved through a balanced transmission structure and a simplified mounting pattern design. JAE's MJ06 Series is compatible with backplane/midplane type devices and IEC61076-4-101 mounting dimensions. The MJ06 Series features pair signal alignment with a 1.8mm pitch side pair, symmetrical pin structure the prevents skew between differential signal pair, pin-side and socket-side press-fit attachment, and through-hole termination designed to optimize the board wiring pattern. These 120 position connectors offer a 1A rated current, AC200 Vr.m.s rated voltage, 100Ω ± 15 Ω (Tr=100ps [10-90%]) differential impedance, and 5% max. crosstalk. RoHS compliant, the JAE MJ06 Hard Metric Connectors are well-suited for factory automation, semiconductor manufacturing, inspection and measuring, server/storage, communication/network, broadcasting, and medical equipment.
