EPCOS has expanded their line of ASB / ASR Pressure Sensors to include C32 industrial pressure sensors. These industrial sensors include the B58601E3215B580 gauge pressure sensor die and the B58600E3224B580 and B58600E3215B580 absolute pressure sensor dies for wet media.
EPCOS ASB / ASR Pressure Sensors are transmitters based on piezoresistive silicon pressure dies, have an on board compensation circuit for non-linearity and temperature error, and have a miniaturized SMD hybrid package. Both the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter feature analog ratiometric interface with adjustable output limits (clipping) or digital 14 bit I²C interface, diagnosis functions like loss of Vdd/Vss, bridge connections and short cuts, high immunity against electromagnetic influences, and plastic free surface mount technology for reflow soldering.

EPCOS B3267*P Series Metallized Polypropylene (MKP) Film Capacitors are approximately 40% smaller in size and offer the same capacitance value when compared to the current product. The B3267*P MKP film capacitors offer capacitance range 0.068µF to 2.2µF, very high ripple and peak current, high frequency AC operation capability, high voltage capability, excellent self-healing properties, and maximum operating temperature up to 125ºC.
EPCOS new Super MotorCap™ Motor Run Capacitors are part of the AC Film capacitor product line from EPCOS. The Super MotorCap Capacitors are constructed from metallized polypropylene film and have self-healing properties, low dissipation factor, and an overpressure disconnection device. These capacitors, used in sine wave applications, increase energy efficiency by up to 7%, reduce motor temperature by up to 9ºC, and increase motor torque.
EPCOS Design Kits are designed to help the engineer select the perfect component for their application, and offer a variety of components conveniently packaged and individually labeled for easy access. A short description introduces each sample kit and is accompanied by a PDF that provides an inside view of the kit. Data sheet links provide a list of the data sheet s for each of the products included in the sample kit.
EPCOS CeraLink™ Capacitors feature the newly patented antiferroelectric ceramic technology which exhibits capacitance increase with increasing voltage. CeraLink™ supports higher switching frequencies by providing effective ripple-voltage reduction and increasing effective capacitance with rising voltage, making it ideal for snubber applications. The Cu inner electrode material provides properties that enable high frequency switching with ultra-low losses and allows fast slew rates with a high maximum current. The offering is suitable for switching frequencies as high as 1 MHz in an operating temperature range up to 150°C. These devices are available in several versions with capacitance range from 1 µF to 100 µF at rated voltages of 400 VDC and 800 VDC. These versions include CeraLink™ LP (Low Profile), CeraLink SMD, CeraLink™ SP (Solder Pin), CeraLink™ PF (Press-Fit), and CeraLink™ PFBB (Press-Fit Bus Bar).
EPCOS E Series Multilayer Varistors feature high energy absorption
capability, low leakage current, high temperature versions, and stable
protection level. E Series Multilayer Varistors offer bidirectional
clamping, and no temperature derating up to 125ºC. Applications include
transient overvoltage protection in automotive applications, including
engine management, airbag, control units, electrohydraulic brake,
ABS/ESP, sunroof; load dump protection; and jump start protection.

EPCOS has expanded the High Power Series MKP (metallized polypropylene film) DC Link Film Capacitor Series to include the B32*T Series that offers additional values with significant features.
- General Purpose (stacked/wound) MKT film capacitors (B32520...B32529) offer high pulse strength and high contact reliability. Typical applications for this series include blocking, coupling/decoupling, bypassing, and RFI for automotive.
- High Pulse (wound) film capacitors (B32651...B32656) offer high pulse strength and high contact reliability. Typical applications for this series include electronic ballasts and switch-mode power supplies.

EPCOS B84299D6 Series Power Line Filters are current-compensated EMC Power Line Filters. Designed with an RF-tight case, the B84299D6 Series suppress EMI interference in shielded rooms and secured areas. The
B84299D6 Series includes power line filters with 250/277/480 voltage ratings, current ratings from 5 to 100A, 50/60 Hz frequency, leakage currents from 1.6 mA to 3751 mA, screw-type termination, and chassis mounting.
EPCOS 3-Line EMC Filters for Converters and Power Electronics are designed as easy-to-install power line filters in 3-phase systems. The lightweight design is optimized
for leakage current and operation under full load. EPCOS 3-Line EMC Filters are available in compact, ultra-compact and low cost versions with voltages up to 760/440 V AC and current ratings up to 2500 A. The compact and low cost versions feature busbar terminals and the ultra-compact versions feature finger-safe terminal blocks. EPCOS 3-Line

drives, elevators, wind farms, and power supplies.
EPCOS 1-Line EMC Feedthrough Filters provide broadband EMI suppression up to the GHz range. These easy-to-install devices feature a modular design and Mesh Contact Technology for uniform concentric contacting of the MKP capacitor winding without the thermal stress associated with soldering. The low inductance capacitor is secured using UL 94 V-0 metal case with synthetic resin terminals and central screw fixing for high contact reliability. The compact dimensions allow the devices to perform well from low frequencies to above 300 MHz. The concentric layout of the components enables high insertion loss values to be attained in a frequency range above 1 GHz. EPCOS 1-Line EMC Feedthrough Filters offer a rated voltage of 75 to 440 V AC, 16 to 200 A current, and 0.00125 to 4.7 μF capacitance. Compliant with IEC 60384-14 and UL approved, EPCOS 1-Line EMC Feedthrough Filters are well-suited for broadband interference suppression for AC/DC supply lines in shielded rooms, power supplies, telephone exchanges, base stations, electrical machines and systems. EPCOS 1-Line EMC Feedthrough Filters are available with threaded studs or axial leads.
EPCOS NTC Thermistors provide voltage and noise
suppression and temperature measurement and compensation in automotive
applications. NTC Thermistors from EPCOS feature multilayer NTC with
inner electrodes, nickel barrier termination, excellent long-term aging
stability in high-temperature environment, and superior resistance
stability during soldering.
EPCOS Thermal Fuse Varistors feature a wide operating voltage range of 130 to 420 VRMS, are self-protected under abnormal overvoltage conditions, and offer high-energy Advanced series E2. Applications include power meters, telecomm, TVSS, and household appliances.
EPCOS Ceramic Transient Varistors feature very low capacitance values 0.6 up to 10 pF, bidirectional ESD protection in one component, no change in ESD protection performance at temperatures, and ESD protection to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4. Ceramic Transient Varistors offer up to 85 °C (temperature derating), low parasitic inductance, low leakage current, and fast response time <0.5 ns. Applications include industrial, mobile phones, consumer electronics, and interfaces.
EPCOS SIOV Metal Oxide Varistors feature a wide operating voltage range
of 11 to 1100 VRMS, high surge current ratings up to 8 kA, and no
derating up to 85 °C ambient temperature. These SIOV leaded varistors
meet new UL 1449 3rd Edition requirements. Applications include
lighting, radio and TV equipment, and household appliances.
