The Mouser catalog has an error listed in it.  It says this part
is to include thermal adhesive, but it does not. If part is
ordered under this number, it will not include the thermal
adhesive.  The same part, but with the thermal adhesive should
be ordered as listed just below. This will be corrected in
upcoming catalog.
