To our valued customers,

Littelfuse would like to notify you of an upcoming
manufacturing transfer affecting most Littelfuse and
Concord brand Transient Voltage Suppression TVS Diodes
products.  All wafer fabrication operations will be
transitioned from YangMei, Taiwan to the new Littelfuse
fab in Wuxi, China.  Qualification efforts are well
underway and the first products are expected to be
ready for shipment in mid Q3, 2010.  The staggered
transfers are expected to continue through the end of
Q1, 2011 until all products are successfully running in
Wuxi.  This will enable Littelfuse Semiconductor BU to
provide the best in class product and service to our
customers by consolidating the wafer fab and backend in
one location, Wuxi, China.

All affected products will be fully qualified in the
new factory in accordance with established performance
and reliability criteria.  Full qualification data
and/or samples will be available upon request as each
product is prepared for transfer.
