ORM-D PRODUCTS


1.  These chemicals are considered ORM-D products.

2.  These chemicals can be shipped via Ground only
    to any Continental United States destination.

3.  There is no Hazardous Chemical fee.

    A.  The five part Hazardous Chemical Label is not
        required.

    B.  The box must be new with a 200 pound burst
        strength.

    C.  The box must be sealed using the six way sealing
        method and ORM-D label must be affixed to the top of the
        box.
