ADDA CHIP COOLERS

The double-sided adhesive tape effectively bonds the heat
sink attaching it to the plastic component packages.  To
apply, please use the following instructions.  First,
ensure that all bonding areas are clean and free from oil
and dust.  Second, peel the blue liner back.  Third, apply
the white adhesive side to the heat sink and bond evenly.
Fourth, remove paper liner from tape and press the heat
sink over the plastic component with adequate pressure.
