Amphenol RF Cable Assemblies
Amphenol RF Cable Assemblies offer miniature RF connectors with bayonet coupling mechanism which provides quick connect and disconnect. Amphenol RF Cable Assemblies feature impedance of 50 Ω and 75 Ω to allow customers to match impedance to system requirements and connectors are intermateable to ensure non-destructive mating. Three grades of connectors are available for military, industrial and commercial application.
Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Circular Connectors
The Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Circular Connectors offer
the highest performance capabilities for the most demanding of
applications in both general duty and harsh environment applications.
Developed to operate under severe high temperature and vibration, the Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Circular Connectors feature rapid coupling via the Tri-Start™ thread, shell-to-shell or metal-to-metal bottoming, and improved EMI shielding. Amphenol
designed these features to provide an EMI shielding capability of 65 dB
minimum at 10 GHz and corrosion resistance up to 500 hour salt spray
exposure. The Amphenol MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Circular Connectors
have a rated current range 1.5AMPS-5.0AMPS, temperature range of -65⁰C
to 175⁰C, insulation resistance of 5000 megohms min.@ 500 VDC 25C, and a
dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS @ sea level. These rugged
and highly reliable circular connectors are ideally suited for
industrial, military & commercial air, military vehicles, missiles
& ordnance, C4ISR, and space applications.
Amphenol SV Microwave SMA Jacks and Plugs
The Amphenol SV Microwave SMA Jacks and Plugs are part of Amphenol SV Microwave's precision, high performance RF and Microwave Connector Series. Designed using low reflection stainless steel construction with ¼ - 36 threaded coupling, the SMA Jacks and Plugs
are rated at 50 Ohm impedance and offer excellent electrical
performance from DC to 18 GHz. The compact size and outstanding
mechanically durability make the SMA Jacks and Plugs well-suited for military, satellite, aerospace, industrial, and telecommunication applications.

Amphenol RF HD-BNC™ Connectors & Adapters
The Amphenol RF HD-BNC™ Connectors & Adapters are the smallest BNC in the industry - 51% smaller than the BNC and 39% smaller than the Mini-BNC - allowing for four times the density as the standard BNC.
The bayonet coupling guarantees a positive lock and allows for quick
and easy connects and disconnects. Providing true 75Ω impedance,
adopting the SMPTE Compliant Amphenol RF HD-BNC™ Connectors and Adapters will be seamless due to having the same cable prep and termination specifications of traditional BNC connectors.
Applications include networking routing and switching, telco central
office, DS3/DS4, broadcast, digital video (HDTV), custom cable
assemblies, instrumentation, Mil/Aero, medical equipment, and satellite
headends.
Amphenol Industrial KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors
Amphenol Industrial offers the KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors as a line of high pressure connectors ideal for Oil and Gas Drilling applications. Fully compatible with Kintec and GE Tensor layouts, the KTK High Pressure Downhole Connectors provide a high pressure, sealed connection designed to meet the rising demand for more rugged connectors in the downhole industry. The new KTK downhole connector product line uses machined glass-filled epoxy. For longer life and prolonged mating cycles, each connector offers bi-directional 20,000 psi, gold contacts, a Vitron O-ring and solder pot connections. Amphenol Commercial GSB3 Series USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 5Gbps Connectors
Amphenol Commercial´s GSB3 Series USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 5Gbps Connectors feature the newest technology over Hi-Speed USB. This major improvement in USB technology provides additional connectivity bandwidth for increasingly sophisticated peripherals that require more power, yet USB 3.0 remains backward compatible with USB 2.0. The USB 3.0 connector
retains the same rectangular shape and will improve performance of
devices that are currently taxed using 2.0, such as external hard
drives, high res webcams, video surveillance, and Blue-Ray drives. In
addition to higher data rates, the Amphenol Commercial GSB3 Series USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 5Gbps Connectors
offer improved interaction between devices and the host computer by
providing more power when needed and less power when not needed. The USB 3.0 Micro-B type offers real estate savings and the USB 3.0 Type A and Type B offer full metal shielding for EMI / RFI / ESD protection.
Amphenol has expanded the GSB3 Series USB 3.0 SuperSpeed 5Gbps Connectors to include new Type A and B plugs and a stacked, right angle receptacle.
